Inside Agricademy – a new way to train

$0.00

You’ve met the Agricademy team at events, and you’ve heard about their new way of training. So here’s the deep dive into what it is, how it works and how to get some!

Online first, on farm next – Agricademy training is a fast, low-cost way to get your new team members more productive, more quickly and is especially useful when English is their second language or if they just don’t do well learning in classrooms.

Through this interactive webinar featuring Dairy Women’s Network’s own Ange Strawbridge, you will learn:

– What training is available to you and your staff right now and how to access it.
– Where and how on farm training can also be provided.
– How to get involved with Agricademy as a trainer or business partner.

Angela has 26 years’ experience in dairy, including the past five years as the manager of a dairy farm in the Manawatu. Ange knows all too well how difficult it is to find good staff and to train and keep them in the sector – an issue facing dairy farmers across the country. She’s also a Dairy Women’s Network Hub Leader, managing five regional leaders across the Whanganui/Hawkes Bay and Wairarapa Regions and won the 2018 Manawatu Dairy Manager of the Year title.

This webinar is brought to you by Agricademy and Dairy Women’s Network.
