Hi I'm Aimee. I've always had a love for farming, which has led me into sharemilking with my partner and three children just out of Te Awamutu. I became a regional leader to learn new skills, to experience new opportunities, and to meet some inspiring women within the industry.

Hi I'm Alexa and along with my husband Brad, and our two children, we contract milk near Mossburn. Previously I worked in events but now help on the farm and I am interested in business side, how people work efficiently together and the best way to create an environment that promotes the best in people! Personally I am a sports fan and love to play sports and get out hiking or on the water.

Hi, I'm Allie! My husband Ben and I live in Canterbury. I didn’t grow up around farming but learnt whilst in a sales role for a dairy servicing company and being taught on farm by my husband. I am constantly learning about the industry and am passionate about showing NZ how amazing Dairy Farming is, helping other women in dairy find their place and leading women in our industry.

My background includes Business Banking Management, Office Management, Event Planning and Dairy Farming. I am completing a Diploma in Agribusiness Management and want to build on my connections through the Regional Leader role.

Hey! I’m Daisy Higgs. I am currently sole manager of a 180-cow farm near Rotoorangi. I’ve always had a love for animals and the outdoors making farming the perfect lifestyle for me. Hi, I'm Emily and I farm in hedgehope with my husband and 3 girls. I’m originally from Australia. I am the main calf rearer in spring. Some of my hobbies I like todo are baking and reading, spending time with family and friends. Looking forward to meeting new farmers and building connections in the industry.

Hi, I'm Emily and I currently work as a Dairy Farm assistant in Oxford. I grew up on a pig farm which was surrounded by Dairy farming and from a young age I had a keen interest in Dairy. I became a Regional Leader to gain confidence and broaden my knowledge within the industry. I enjoy networking with likeminded woman and look forward to gaining life long friendships. I am really passionate about woman’s involvement within the dairy sector.

Emma is a contract milker from the Waikato, farming in Taupiri with her partner. Born and raised on a dairy farm she spent her time in the far North and down on the West Coast of the South Island, before her family settled in the Waikato. Emma has graduated from University with a bachelors of Social Sciences with a major in Sociology, she Trekked to Mount Everest Base camp, and started a business with her partner to go into farming. Emma hopes to work towards sharemilking, and eventually farm ownership.

I am Gabby, and have been a rural professional in the agri-business sector for 5 years. I grew up on a sheep and beef farm just out of Auckland. In my spare time I enjoy reading, running and competing in fashion in the field competitions at racedays. I am delighted to be part of the DWN and meet women doing awesome things in the dairy world.

Hi, I'm Ilyse and live with my husband and two children in Ngatea. I am a local vet and I enjoy working closely with farmers to help them to achieve their goals. My strengths are organisation, determination and listening, and as a Regional Leader I hope to contribute to the local community and to help to maintain the strong dairy womens' connections!

Hi, I'm Janelle and I live in northern Manawatu. I have worked in the Ag industry for 20+ years and I’m currently and full time student studying Law and a Masters of Environmental Studies. I am passionate about the Ag industry and plan to use my experience and expertise to support the industry once I have graduated. As well as study, I am kept busy with 2 young daughters who compete with ponies.
