Tell Me The Good News – LIVE Webinar

Tuesday 19 September –

We’re drowning in negative information. Inflation, cyclones, the milk price… We’re bombarded with negative, anxiety-inducing content all day – and it affects our mental health.

How do we find hope amidst the doom and gloom?

For Mental Health Awareness Week, Dairy Women’s Network  is hosting a special lunchtime webinar with award-winning journalist and speaker Jehan Casinader, proudly supported by Ballance Agri-Nutrients.

Jehan will explain how we can take back control, and find the good news. This must-watch webinar will give you practical tips to look after your wellbeing.

This webinar will not be recorded – so make sure you join us Tuesday 19 September and 12:00pm.

About the speaker:

Jehan Casinader is a journalist, keynote speaker and mental health advocate. He was named “Broadcast Reporter of the Year” at the Voyager Media Awards in 2020, and “Reporter of the Year” at the New Zealand Television Awards in 2018.

A survivor of depression, he is the author of This Is Not How It Ends: How rewriting your story can save your life’.

By attending this webinar you will go into the draw to win 1 of 50 copies of Jehan’s book ‘This Is Not How It Ends: How rewriting your story can save your life’.
