How to Enter  

Complete either the DWN Website Survey or the DWN Members Survey to go in the draw for a chance to win 1 of 3 x Prezzy Cards valued at $100. 

The ‘Promoter’ is the Network for Women in Dairying (a registered charity) trading as Dairy Women’s Network (DWN).  

  

‘Disqualified Participants’ are:   

  1. all DWN employees, all Trust Board members. 

  

Terms and Conditions:  

  1. By completing one or both of the two surveys, the person will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them. 
  1. Entrants can gain one (1) additional entry to the prize draw if both the DWN Website Survey and the DWN Members Survey are completed. 
  1. The prize package consists of: 1 x Prezzy Card valued at $100 
  1. There is a total of one (3) Prezzy Cards to be won.  
  1. Competition will run from 12.00pm Friday 12th September 2025 and will close 11.59pm Tuesday 30th September 2025.  
  1. Only completed surveys received via the DWN online form by the closing date specified will be accepted.  
  1. Failure to correctly supply all requested personal information at the time of submitting an entry may result in the entry being invalid.  
  1. No responsibility will be taken for incomplete entries 
  1. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.  
  1. Full details of the prize will be given in writing upon request.  
  1. The prize draw for the 3 x $100 Prezzy Cards will be drawn on Wednesday 1st October 2025 at DWN Office 450 Anglesea Street, Hamilton, 3240. 
  1. Winners will be notified by email and Prezzy cards will then be posted to the winners.  
  1. Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, DWN, DWN’s employees, and any other agencies associated with this competition will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be sustained, directly or indirectly, or any personal injury that is suffered or sustained by any contestant or prize winner in connection with accepting or using the prize. 
  1. Entry is open to New Zealand residents only. 
  1. One entry per survey per person 
  1. The decision of judges in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
  1. DWN may collect and use the personal information about you provided on entry into this competition for the purpose of administering this competition, for use in connection with promotional purposes regarding the marketing of DWN, and for research and insights.  DWN will collect, use and hold your information in accordance with our legal obligations, including under the Privacy Act 2020. In order to access and correct your personal information, please contact DWN, PO Box 1468, Waikato Mail Centre, Hamilton 3240. 
  1. DWN reserves the right to amend, vary, extend, or discontinue a Promotion at any stage, for any reason. 
  2. These Terms and Conditions and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with New Zealand law. Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand Courts.
