Join AG Work NZ as they inform and educate NZ dairy employers on the benefits, process, and cost of employing dairy staff from the UK & Ireland.
This webinar will address seasonal staffing challengers throughout the dairy season and explore how overseas recruitment can support New Zealand dairy farm businesses. They will also cover the recruitment process and associated costs of bringing a young farmer (aged 18–22) from the UK, Ireland, or Europe to work on a New Zealand dairy farm for a period of 6–12 months.
The session aims to enable dairy farmers to access skilled seasonal staff while gaining a clear understanding of the mutual benefits of international knowledge and experience exchange.
