How to Enter

Register and attend one of our Regional 25 Year Celebration events and go in the draw for a chance to win a DWN2024 Conference Registration.

The ‘Promoter’ is The Network for Women in Dairying trading as Dairy Women’s Network.

‘Disqualified Participants’ are:

(a)           all Dairy Women’s Network employees, all Trust Board members, employees of participating sponsors or promoters and their Immediate Families;

‘Immediate Families’ include spouses, grandparents, parents, children, grandchildren, and siblings whether by marriage, past marriages, remarriage, adoption, co-habitation or other family extension.

Terms and Conditions:

1. By registering and attending a Regional 25 Year Celebration event each attendee will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.
2. The prize is registration to the DWN2024 Conference. Tickets for optional events (eg the Gala Dinner) are excluded and can be purchased separately.
3. Travel and accommodation to attend the conference will be at the winners expense.
4. There is a total of six (6) DWN2024 Conference registrations to be won.
5. The eligible Regional 25 Year Celebration events for the prize draw are:
   • Manawatu – 6 December 2023
   • Canterbury – 6 December 2023
   • Northland – 7 December 2023
   • Southland – 7 December 2023
   • Taranaki – 8 December 2023
   • Bay of Plenty – 13 December 2023
6. Competition will run from 1 November 2023 and close 13 December 2023.
7. Only event registrations received via the DWN website by the closing date specified will be accepted.
8. Failure to supply all requested personal information at the time of submitting an entry might result on the entry being invalid.
9. No responsibility will be taken for late/lost/misdirected mail, incomplete entries or entries with incorrect postage. Entries will be deemed to be void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
10. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
11. All prizes are subject to standard terms and conditions of the company supplying the prizes.
12. Full details of the prize will be given in writing upon request.
13. Winners will be drawn on The Dairy Women’s Network’s premises, Level 1, 450 Anglesea Street, Hamilton 3204, New Zealand.
14. Prize draw for the DWN2024 Conference registration will be made and winners notified on the day of the event as listed in above in condition 5.
15. Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, Dairy Women’s Network and their employees are not responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prizes.
16. Entry is open to Dairy Women’s Network Members who have been members for more than one month and are New Zealand residents only.
17. The decision of judges in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. All entries become the property of The Dairy Women’s Network and may be used for research and insights.
19. Under the Privacy Act 1993, all individuals have the right to access and correct their personal information by contacting The Dairy Women’s Network, PO Box 1468, Waikato Mail Centre, Hamilton 3240.
20. Dairy Women’s Network reserves the right to amend, vary, extend, or discontinue a Promotion at any stage, for any reason.
