REVIVE TO THRIVE PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS
HOW TO ENTER
Purchase a registration to each of the five (5) webinars in the Revive to Thrive series and attend all five (5) webinars, to go in the draw for a chance to win a consultation with a presenter of your choice.
The ‘Promoter’ is the Network for Women in Dairying (a registered charity) trading as Dairy Women’s Network (DWN).
‘Disqualified Participants’ are:
- all DWN employees, all Trust Board members, and all individuals that receive a discounted or complimentary registration.
Terms and Conditions:
- By purchasing a registration to each of five (5) webinars in the Revive to Thrive series and attend all five (5) webinars, each attendee will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.
- The prize is for one of the following consultations:
– Initial consultation with Dr. Menopause
– Holistic Coaching with Charlotte Health
– Mondays Matter May Edition – 8-week Programme with Mikki Williden
– Colour Consultation with Melissa Munnik
– 90 minute single session of 1:1 therapy with Joanne using the ReconnectME framework of arts and somatic therapy - Full details of the consultations will be given in writing upon request.
- There is a total of one (1) consultation to be won.
- Competition will run from 12.00am Wednesday 18 September 2024 and will close 12.30pm Wednesday 11 December 2024.
- Only registrations received via the DWN website by the closing date specified will be accepted.
- Failure to correctly supply all requested personal information at the time of submitting an entry may result in the entry being invalid.
- No responsibility will be taken for late/lost/misdirected mail, incomplete entries, or entries with incorrect postage. Entries will be deemed to be void if stolen, forged, mutilated, or tampered with in any way.
- The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- The winner will be drawn on the Dairy Women’s Network premises, Level 1, 450 Angelsea Street, Hamilton 3204, New Zealand.
- The prize draw for the consultation will be made on Thursday 12 December 2024 at the Dairy Women’s Network premises, Level 1, 450 Angelsea Street, Hamilton 3204, New Zealand. Winners notified at the time of the prize draw.
- If the potential winner cannot be contacted within 48hours, or if the potential winner does not meet the eligibility criteria, the prize will no longer be available to that person and a new eligible winner will be drawn at random by DWN.
- The winner agrees to have their photo taken by the Promoter, or their employees and agrees for the Promoter to use and store the photos for promotional material and advertising.
- Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, DWN, DWN’s employees, and any other agencies associated with this competition will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be sustained, directly or indirectly, or any personal injury that is suffered or sustained by any contestant or prize winner in connection with accepting or using the prize.
- Entry is open to DWN Members who have been members for more than one month and are New Zealand residents only.
- The decision of judges in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- DWN may collect and use the personal information about you provided on entry into this competition for the purpose of administering this competition, for use in connection with promotional purposes regarding the marketing of DWN, and for research and insights. DWN will collect, use and hold your information in accordance with our legal obligations, including under the Privacy Act 2020. - DWN reserves the right to amend, vary, extend, or discontinue a Promotion at any stage, for any reason.
- These Terms and Conditions and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with New Zealand law. Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand Courts.
