How to Enter 

Purchase a full priced DWN2024 Enhance. Elevate. Evolve. Conference registration and attend to go in the draw for a chance to win a DWN Pink special UBCO 2X2 Adventure Bike. 

The ‘Promoter’ is the Network for Women in Dairying (a registered charity) trading as Dairy Women’s Network (DWN).  

Disqualified Participants’ are:   

(a) all DWN employees, all Trust Board members, and all individuals that receive a complimentary registration. 

Terms and Conditions

      1. By purchasing a full priced DWN2024 Enhance. Elevate. Evolve. Conference registration, each attendee will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them. 
      2. Entrants can gain one (1) additional entry to the prize draw by purchasing a full priced ticket to the Gala Dinner as part of the DWN2024 Enhance. Elevate. Evolve Conference held in New Plymouth on Thursday 2 May. 
      3. The prize package consists of: one (1) UBCO 2X2 Adventure Bike – System 2 Brakes, one (1) helmet and one (1) high-vis vest. Valued at $7,999 NZD incl tax.

      5. There is a total of one (1) DWN Pink Special UBCO Bike Packages to be won.  
      6. Competition will run from 12.00am 19 February 2024 and will close 11.59pm Wednesday 1 May 2024.  
      7. Only registrations received via the DWN website by the closing date specified will be accepted.  
      8. Failure to correctly supply all requested personal information at the time of submitting an entry may result in the entry being invalid.  
      9. No responsibility will be taken for late/lost/misdirected mail, incomplete entries, or entries with incorrect postage. Entries will be deemed to be void if stolen, forged, mutilated, or tampered with in any way. 
      10. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.  
      11. Full details of the prize will be given in writing upon request.  
      12. The winner will be drawn on The Plymouth International premises, 220 Courtenay Street, New Plymouth Central, New Plymouth 4312, New Zealand. 
      13. The winner will be notified at the time of the prize draw. All participants will be required to attend the conference in-person to remain eligible for the prize.
      14. If the potential winner is not physically present at the prize draw location, or if the potential winner does not meet the eligibility criteria, the prize will no longer be available to that person and a new eligible winner will be drawn at random by DWN.
      15. The winner agrees to have their photo taken by the Promoter, or their employees and agrees for the Promoter to use and store the photos for promotional material and advertising.   
      16. Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, DWN, DWN’s employees, and any other agencies associated with this competition will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be sustained, directly or indirectly, or any personal injury that is suffered or sustained by any contestant or prize winner in connection with accepting or using the prize. 
      17. Entry is open to DWN Members who have been members for more than one month and are New Zealand residents only. 
      18. The decision of judges in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
      19. DWN may collect and use the personal information about you provided on entry into this competition for the purpose of administering this competition, for use in connection with promotional purposes regarding the marketing of DWN, and for research and insights. DWN will collect, use and hold your information in accordance with our legal obligations, including under the Privacy Act 2020.       20. DWN reserves the right to amend, vary, extend, or discontinue a Promotion at any stage, for any reason. 
      21. These Terms and Conditions and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with New Zealand law. Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand Courts.
