DWN and Figured partnership makes end of financial year reporting a breeze

Dairy Women’s Network (DWN) has joined forces with Figured to make accounting easier than ever for its members.

Figured is New Zealand’s leading agricultural financial software solutions. The cloud-based platform was created by New Zealand farmers and accountants Carl McDonald and David Marshall in 2013 to bring together farm financial and production data in one place. It is now used by more than 30,000 farmers and financial advisors around the world.

“The dairy industry is ever-changing, and with the current environment of increased costs and lower dairy prices, it’s now more important than ever to ensure our members are aware of costs, and cashflow requirements. Figured is a fantastic software solution and we’re excited to announce our partnership with this innovative New Zealand company,” says Jules Benton, DWN CEO.

“We’re now at the end of the financial year and many of our members will be pulling together data and information for their accountants. Figured provides DWN members with a great addition to their financial toolbox simplifying farm management reporting. Best of all, it integrates with Xero and MYOB, making life simple.”

Under the partnership, DWN members will benefit from discounts on subscriptions, access to trusted financial advisors, and webinars and workshops offering insights, tips, and advice in farm financial management.

“Figured is the platform for agri finance, providing online software that gives farmers and their accounting advisors a better way to confidently make decisions to grow and improve their farming business. We’re proud to partner with DWN and extend our offerings to do our part in helping Kiwi farmers and their families thrive,” says Sarah Dobson, Figured’s Executive General Manager, Strategic Partnerships.

“We’ve worked with DWN informally for a couple of years, alongside Xero and CMK Chartered Accountants. This partnership formalises the relationship between our two organisations, and we’re excited to do more together over the coming years.”

DWN has released a webinar with teams from Figured and CMK Chartered Accountants detailing how to use the software to track milk and livestock income, prepare a Budget & Cashflow forecast to plan and forecast for the future, reporting, and benchmarking.
