The Dairy Women’s Network is delighted to present its annual report, a testament to a year filled with remarkable achievements and milestones. As we reflect on the past 12 months, it is with immense pride that we celebrate the resounding successes that have defined our organisation. We are so proud to be part of a sector, providing women with valuable resources and knowledge to thrive in this ever-evolving industry.

The Dairy Women’s Network is thrilled to mark a momentous milestone – our silver jubilee, celebrating 25 years of enabling transformational change, empowering, and supporting women in the dairy industry. Two and a half decades of inclusivity, connection, and unwavering commitment to seize opportunities have brought us to this significant point in our journey. What started as a small but passionate group has blossomed into a thriving community of women who are a driving force in the dairy sector. Over the years, we’ve witnessed remarkable transformations and contributions, not only in the lives of countless women but also in the dairy industry as a whole. Our network has been a source of inspiration, fostering leadership, knowledge sharing, and lasting friendships. As we celebrate this remarkable achievement, we remain steadfast in our mission to uplift and empower women in agriculture, and we look forward to the next 25 years of continued growth, innovation, and connection.

We would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to our CEO, Jules Benton, for her outstanding leadership and unwavering dedication throughout the year. Her tireless efforts, and relentless commitment have been so valued by our family of sponsors and volunteers.

We also want to express our deep gratitude to our incredible team of staff and volunteers. Their collective efforts, boundless enthusiasm, and collaborative spirit have been the driving force behind our successes. It is their hard work, innovation, and unyielding support that have made all our accomplishments possible.

To our Board Trustees, we thank you for your vision, governance, and support for our team. We have a legacy of Trustees who have all contributed to the organisation, and we thank Karen Forlong and Rachel Haskew for their time and dedication as not just Trustees but true pink blooded members who both have had long tenure in the organisation.

As we commemorate our remarkable 25-year milestone, let our collective strength and shared vision illuminate the path to an even brighter and more impactful future.
