Take some well deserved time out and grab a friend for an evening of self care!

Joined by Anna Thompson from Health Down South, she will be sharing her knowledge on how to properly look after our pelvic floor as well as teaching some Pilates to help with core strength.

A complimentary drink and nibbles will be provided on the night, as well as a cash bar for additional drinks.

A limited number of mats will be available to borrow, so please bring with you your own yoga mat or a beach towel as an alternative.
