DWN Win Your Ticket Back Giveaway 2026 – Terms and Conditions

How to Enter  

Purchase a full priced  DWN Success Through Inspiration Conference 2026 registration  to go in the draw for a chance to win your registration cost back (up to the value of $585 plus GST). 

The ‘Promoter’ is the Network for Women in Dairying (a registered charity) trading as Dairy Women’s Network (DWN).  

‘Disqualified Participants’ are:   

  1. all DWN employees, all Trust Board members, and all individuals that receive a complimentary registration. 

Terms and Conditions:  

  1. By purchasing a full priced DWN Success Through Inspiration Conference 2026 registration, each attendee will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them. 
  1. The prize package consists of: one full registration for DWN Success Through Inspiration Conference 2026 up to the value of the price of one ticket was purchased for (including GST)  
  1. There is a total of one (1) win your ticket back Package to be won.  
  1. Competition will run from 12.00am 8 December 2025 and will close 11.59pm Tuesday 31st March 2026. 
  1. Only registrations received via the DWN website by the closing date specified will be accepted.  
  1. Failure to correctly supply all requested personal information at the time of submitting an entry may result in the entry being invalid.  
  1. No responsibility will be taken for late/lost/misdirected mail, incomplete entries, or entries with incorrect postage. Entries will be deemed to be void if stolen, forged, mutilated, or tampered with in any way. 
  1. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.  
  1. Full details of the prize will be given in writing upon request.  
  1. The prize draw for the Win your ticket back package will be drawn on 1st April  2026 at DWN Head Office, 450 Anglesea Street, Hamilton, 3204 
  1. The winner we be notified at the time of the prize draw.  
  1. If the potential winner does not meet the eligibility criteria, the prize will no longer be available to that person, and a new eligible winner will be drawn at random by DWN. 
  1. The winner agrees to have their photo taken by the Promoter, or their employees and agrees for the Promoter to use and store the photos for promotional material and advertising.    
  1. Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, DWN, DWN’s employees, and any other agencies associated with this competition will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be sustained, directly or indirectly, or any personal injury that is suffered or sustained by any contestant or prize winner in connection with accepting or using the prize. 
  1. Entry is open to DWN Members who have been members for more than one month and are New Zealand residents only. 
  1. The decision of judges in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
  1. DWN may collect and use the personal information about you provided on entry into this competition for the purpose of administering this competition, for use in connection with promotional purposes regarding the marketing of DWN, and for research and insights.  DWN will collect, use and hold your information in accordance with our legal obligations, including under the Privacy Act 2020. In order to access and correct your personal information, please contact DWN, PO Box 1468, Waikato Mail Centre, Hamilton 3240. 
  1. DWN reserves the right to amend, vary, extend, or discontinue a Promotion at any stage, for any reason. 
  1. These Terms and Conditions and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with New Zealand law. Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand Courts.
