Proactive solutions to stay on top of the game

Tuesday 6 July –

Women are the glue that hold families, businesses and communities together and sometimes feel guilty about needing support. Join us as we hear from Kirsty Wastney and Peter Aiken as they share their tips on how we can stay on top of the game.

Kirsty is a rural mum herself, who has experienced a number of challenges as well as numerous blessings that come with the lifestyle. She is a firm believer that having basic knowledge in the link between lifestyle choices and not only physical but also our emotional well-being we can be happier, healthier, stronger, more resilient, and much better role models.

Peter, a Dairy Veterinarian, and technical lead at Totally Vets, has a passion in cows and preventative health strategies, particularly nutrition as a driver of health and production. He will share the importance of transition feeding pre calving and the importance of the diet.

Bring your friends, family, and farm team along to focus on our well-being as we prepare to head into the busy calving season.
