Position Vacancy: Office and Events Co-ordinator

We are looking for a switched-on part-time Office & Events Co-ordinator to provide support to the CEO and management team. This is a varied and busy role where you will be able to utilise your extensive oganisational skills to meet the needs of the organisation and ensuring the DWN head office runs smoothly.


  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated ability to organise and execute meetings, trade show displays, event catering and registrations
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with the team and external providers
  • Super organisational and planning skills
  • Experience in managing CRM systems and working with IT support providers to ensure systems are current and operating correctly
  • Ability to record and report on budgets


  • Previous experience in office or event management
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • WordPress experience

Ideally, you will be able to work across multiple tasks in any given day and enjoy the variety of this role. Managing your time will be easy for you and you will have no problem working to deadlines for the events you plan and support. A knowledge of or interest in the dairy industry in New Zealand would be a bonus in helping you understand the challenges our industry faces and the motivation behind our organisation.
