Position Vacancy: Marketing Assistant

The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter who is capable of working cross-functionally on the planning and the implementation of marketing projects. They will need to display versatility in order to handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.

This is a 7 month maternity cover position.


  • Assist in implementing marketing campaigns
  • Undertake ad-hoc marketing projects
  • Manage administrative duties
  • Flair for producing quality documents and promtotional resources
  • Experience in managing CRM systems and working with IT support providers to ensure systems are current and operating correctly
  • Utilising and updating website and social media content
  • Ability to record and report on budgets


  • Previous experience
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience with Adobe creative suite required
  • WordPress experience

Ideally, you will be able to work across multiple tasks in any given day and enjoy the variety of this role. Managing your time will be easy for you and you will have no problem working to deadlines for the events you plan and support. A knowledge of or interest in the dairy industry in New Zealand would be a bonus in helping you understand the challenges our industry faces and the motivation behind our organisation.
