Regional Groups
The Network’s regional groups are an integral part of the success and appeal of Dairy Women’s Network.
You can find a group that is local to you throughout most of the country, where you can meet other likeminded women who are passionate about the dairy industry.
The groups offer an awesome opportunity to get together socially as well as valuable professional development and training sessions, that you’ll find handy both on and off-farm.
Attend a regional event and benefit from the opportunity to learn from a visiting speaker.
When you take part in your regional group catch-ups, you’ll learn practical skills like best practice in calf rearing, running a well-oiled office, internet banking, tax planning and keeping yourself safe, with topics like dressing for success and holiday planning also on offer – all in an interactive and friendly environment.
As well as learning from expert speakers, there is plenty to be learnt from one another, so there is always plenty of time to spend unstructured time together as well.
Regional Groups currently operate in the North Island and South Island.
