DWN Monopoly Games Night Photo Competition Terms and Conditions

  

How to Enter  

Submit a photo of yourself, your family, your farm team, or your friends playing DWN’s Dairy Farming New Zealand edition of Monopoly and go in the draw for a chance to win one of two Games Night Hampers. 

The ‘Promoter’ is the Network for Women in Dairying (a registered charity) trading as Dairy Women’s Network (DWN).  

‘Disqualified Participants’ are:   

  1. all DWN employees, DWN Hub Leaders and all Trust Board members. 

Terms and Conditions:  

  1. By submitting a photo of yourself, your family, your farm team, or your friends playing DWN’s Dairy Farming New Zealand edition of Monopoly in the ‘DWN Monopoly Games Night Hamper Photo Competition’, each entrant will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them. 
  1. The prize package consists of: one “Celebration Box ‘The Sharing Box – Game Day’ package” (valued at $156.75 inc GST). 
  1. There is a total of two (2) prize packages to be won: one (1) prize package will be awarded to a Facebook entrant, and one (1) prize package will be awarded to an Instagram entrant. 
  1. Competition will run from 12.00pm Tuesday 1 September 2026 and will close 12.00pm Tuesday 15th September 2026. 
  1. Only entries received via commenting on the original social media post before the closing date specified will be accepted.  
  1. Failure to correctly supply all requested personal information at the time of submitting an entry may result in the entry being invalid.  
  1. No responsibility will be taken for late/lost/misdirected mail, incomplete entries, or entries with incorrect postage. Entries will be deemed to be void if stolen, forged, mutilated, or tampered with in any way. 
  1. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.  
  1. Full details of the prize will be given in writing upon request.  
  1. The prize draws for the DWN Monopoly Games Night Photo Competition will be drawn on Wednesday 16th September 2026 at DWN Head Office, 450 Anglesea Street, Hamilton, 3204. 
  1. The winners we be notified via direct message on Facebook or Instagram and published on the Dairy Women’s Network social media pages by Friday 18th September.  
  1. Where any winners cannot be contacted Dairy Women’s Network reserves the right to undertake a redraw.  
  1. If the potential winner does not meet the eligibility criteria, the prize will no longer be available to that person, and a new eligible winner will be drawn at random by DWN. 
  1. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
  1. Prizes will be couriered to winners once winners and eligibility are confirmed. 
  1. The winner agrees for the Promoter to use and store the photos for promotional material and advertising.    
  1. Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, DWN, DWN’s employees, and any other agencies associated with this competition will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be sustained, directly or indirectly, or any personal injury that is suffered or sustained by any contestant or prize winner in connection with accepting or using the prize. 
  1. Entry is open to DWN Members who are New Zealand residents and are residing in New Zealand at the time the competition is drawn for your entry to be valid. 
  1. The decision of judges in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
  1. DWN may collect and use the personal information about you provided on entry into this competition for the purpose of administering this competition, for use in connection with promotional purposes regarding the marketing of DWN, and for research and insights. DWN will collect, use and hold your information in accordance with our legal obligations, including under the Privacy Act 2020. In order to access and correct your personal information, please contact DWN, PO Box 1468, Waikato Mail Centre, Hamilton 3240. 
  1. DWN reserves the right to amend, vary, extend, or discontinue a Promotion at any stage, for any reason. 
  1. These Terms and Conditions and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with New Zealand law. Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand Courts.
