A brand-new event to bring women in the rural sector together to connect, learn, and be inspired.

Enjoy a relaxed morning tea sponsored by Ballance Agrinutrients while hearing from two inspiring local leaders, Olivia Buckley and Dani Darke, as they share their experiences, insights, and leadership journeys.

Dani Darke is a King Country sheep and beef farmer, Rural Coach partner, and experienced agribusiness leader. With a background spanning farming, finance, and governance, Dani is passionate about supporting rural communities and helping people and businesses thrive.

Olivia Buckley is a veterinarian, farmer, and governance professional based near Piopio, where she and her husband Matt operate a dairy, sheep, and beef farming business. Passionate about lifelong learning and leadership, Olivia completed her MBA in 2024 and has a strong interest in innovation and knowledge adoption in farming. She also holds several governance roles across the agricultural, community, and local government sectors.
