Kendall graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science from Otago University, and taught commercial cooking skills to tertiary nuturion students for two years.
She then completed a postgraduate diploma in Dietetics before establishing a business in New Plymouth. Her work involves outpatient nutrition counselling - providing this service to Taranaki doctors.
She also holds contracts with Nutricia Clinical, and Peak Health Taranaki, and offers corporate and private presentations. Kendall works with a range of athletes and sports teams, and is a qualified Les Mills fitness intructor.
