The Dairy Women’s Network recently spent time reviewing its Strategic Management Plan. This was a time to take a ‘helicopter’ view of the business - and also to look to the future to see where the Dairy Women’s Network might be in ten years time. Like all Strategic Management Plans it is a living document and is under annual review - but for now it sets our direction for the Network.
